About Me…

My art life began as soon as I was old enough to hold a pencil. My subject matter was always horses—-when I wasn’t riding horses, I was drawing them. I would strive for accuracy and perfection in my drawings. As an adult, I eventually left my pencil behind and started painting, along the way loosening up and painting horses in a more imaginary way. That is when my artistic voice emerged, and my style became much more fun.

In 2015, I started pour painting. The trend had barely started and I was a pioneer in early pouring techniques. I started my YouTube channel in 2017 and have helped people around the world discover their artist within with simple pouring tutorials. My YouTube channel has over 10 million views and 125,000 subscribers. In 2018, I was first on the market with paint ready to pour, called Happy Medium. You can order it at www.happy medium.fun.

Though I am known to millions as a paint pouring artist, I still spend much of my creative time doing “regular” acrylic paintings. Horses are still my favorite subject, I also love to paint buffalo, bunnies, bears and birds. Whether pour painting or using a brush, I like to keep it bright and fun!
